Pro-Line Trailers Parts Department Return Policy

Return Timeframe: 

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items: 

Please note that electrical items are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee: 

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item(s).

Shipping Costs: 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Pro-Line Trailers will not reimburse shipping charges that have been paid to send the item to the customer or return the item to our facility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging.

Damages:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
